　　Ceramicable silicone rubber composite tape is a ceramicized siicone rubber composite tape for glass fiber reinforced safety cables,it has excellent elasticity and electricainsulation properties at room temperature,similar to ordinary rubber,silicone rubber,and thermoplastic elastomers,as well as excellenire resistance.Ceramicable silicone rubber composite tape can form a ceramic like hard protective laver after high-temperature ablation,plaving a fireproof and fire.resistant role,preventing circuit short circuits and open circuits.This product has a low proportion,good flexibiity,and excellent tensilestrength,meeting the high strength of wrapping tension.CS-230 complies with RoHS instructions.

　　Usage method

 

　　Mechanical winding.

 

　　Place the tools and measuring tools on the workbench and check if the measuring tools are aligned to zero.

 

　　lnstall qualified copper wire on the wire rack and adjust the tension properly.

 

　　Pull the copper wire through the threading guide wheel,wrapping head,and positioning molto the front of the wrapping mold,pass through the wire mold,connect the copper wire corand traction wire together,and then stick the qualified composite tape onto the copper wircore,and slowly start the machine.

 

　　During the startup process,it is necessary to regularly observe the quality of the wrappinand the arrangement of the take-up reel.lf any defects are found,the wire must be returneto the wrapping head to ensure that the number of wrapping layers meetsment.

 

　　The wrapping should be uniform,the number of wrapping layers,and the pitch should meethe process requirements.The wrapping tape should be flat and free from looseness,burrsor folding.

 

　　lt is recommended to wrap the composite tape in two layers,using a glue to glue wrappingmethod between the two layers,with a wrapping coverage rate of 30%-50%.

 

　　Use thin adhesive tape or special adhesive for joints.
