Usage method
Use a low smoke and halogen-free single screw extruder to extrude the cable.
lf the product has been stored for a long time or has moisture absorption,it isnecessary to dry the product at 80℃for 2 hours before use.
Processing temperature setting:90℃in the feeding area,110℃-150℃in thebody temperature,and 120℃-150'℃in the head temperature.The temperature ofeach zone can be adjusted according to the actual extrusion situation.When theplasticization is poor,the body temperature can be appropriately increased,but themaximum temperature cannot exceed 160℃to prevent the material from long-term high-temperature decomposition and failure.
Select appropriate die heads and sleeves based on the outer diameter of the cablecore and the thickness of the extrusion layer,and adjust them to the appropriateextrusion rate and traction rate to achieve good extrusion results.
After squeezing the package,use circulating water to cool and shape it.
After forming the cable,it can be rolled up after cooling and drying.
